This base text describes the framework for regulating personal data processing on behalf of the SaaS customer.
The customer acts as controller for the data it chooses to upload to the service. DueDiligence AI acts as processor when processing that data to provide the platform.
Processing is limited to hosting, analyzing, extracting, structuring, displaying and sharing information according to customer instructions and subscribed features.
The final agreement must be completed with party identity, subprocessors, transfers, technical measures, retention periods and applicable annexes.
